HackRVA is overseen by a board of directors per our By Laws. The directors are elected by the existing board and serve terms of three years at a time. Officers are elected annually.

Elected for 1 year terms beginning November 1st, 2022:

  • President - Matthew Reid
  • Vice President - Kent Durvin
  • Treasurer - Megan Roberts
  • Secretary - Peter Maxwell Warasila
