HackRVA is overseen by a board of directors per our By Laws. The directors are elected by the existing board and serve terms of three years at a time. Officers are elected annually.

- Vice President - Kent Durvin
- Treasurer - Megan Roberts
- Secretary - Peter Maxwell Warasila
