| When choosing driver be aware that HP sometimes uses the same number (750C in this case) for different series. There may be a Laserjet 750C, for example.

| Technically this is not a plotter. A plotter has X-Y control and draws lines with pens. This is just a giant inkjet printer that works like the small desktop printers: It prints by moving the print heads back and forth then advancing the paper.

| Maximum paper size is 36" wide, in a roll.
| |
| Ink is HP 44C, 44M, 44Y, and 45 for black.
| |
| The current 44M cartridge is defective and leaks. Black printing is working.
| |
| The JetDirect card installed seems to have problems. The network settings can be adjusted, but the printer does not ping. Then the next time we go back to it, the settings have reverted.

| The parallel port works. It was confirmed with a HP Parallel to USB converter.
