- "My primary purpose is to increase our feeling of connection to Hackrva and to each other. I believe by collaborating together we can all get more out of our Hackrva experience."
Current Challenges (May 2015)
- A few members do the vast majority of administrative work and general maintenance of the facilities

- We've tried different volunteer strategies. I hope to make incremental improvement.
- Provide a framework for future development and improvement
- Find some useful metrics to gauge how effective policies are.
- Document the experience so that the role of Community Coordinator is defined and the next person can easily step in and continue progressing
