===Current Challenges (May 2015)===
*A few members do the vast majority of administrative work and general maintenance of the facilities
*Safety and equipment training needs to be standardized, easily available to all members, and followed.
*It typically takes a while for members to feel comfortable and start making projects

===Goals===
*Increase member service participation.
**The long term health of the organization requires the work of maintaining Hackrva be distributed.
**We've tried different volunteer strategies. I hope to make incremental improvement.
*Provide a framework for future development and improvement
